Cause

Who does Ducktona 5000 support?

Our local marine search and rescue unit, RCMSAR Station 5, is based in Crescent Beach and has been an active presence in our local community since 1998. The unit serves the Semiahmoo Peninsula and the people who enjoy the water from Crescent Beach to the Georgia Straight. RCMSAR Station 5’s team is 100% volunteer and are vital members of the local first responders, often working together in joint rescue operations. The team relies on community support and donations, for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the vessels and equipment to keep both our community and our volunteers safe on the water.
